To make this Skinny Fettucini Alfredo, you’ll need:
* 1 lb fettucini pasta
* 2 tablespoons olive oil
* 3 cloves garlic, chopped
* 2 tablespoons flour
* 1 cup chicken broth (you can also use vegetable broth to keep this vegetarian)
* 1 cup low fat milk
* 1 cup grated Parmesan
* Salt and reshly ground pepper
* Chopped, fresh parsley, to garnish (optional)
