If you’re feeding a family, you can get this on table in 20 minutes. If you’re new to cooking, all you have to do is cook pasta and, in only one other pan, make a sauce that comes together in a snap.

Researchers analyzed the blood of 3,333 adults taken over 15 years and discovered that people who had higher levels of three different byproducts of full-fat dairy had an average 46 percent lower risk of developing diabetes.”

To make low fat curd, I used 3/4 tbsp curd starter and 1 cup milk.
